Civil Society Promotion Centre
Civil Society Promotion Centre (CSPC) is a non-governmental organization founded in 1996 and based in Sarajevo. CSPC developed from an initiative by a handful of individuals who believed that promotion of open civil society and participatory democracy is crucial for the sustainable long-term development of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since its inception, CSPC has grown into one of BiH’s most prominent civil society organizations and its operations span the entire territory of BiH.
CSPC promotes open and democratic civil society in BiH by designing, managing and implementing a variety of operational projects addressing the key issues of democracy and civil society building in BiH. CSPC also conducts advocacy campaigns directed at changing the politics, positions or programs of governing institutions within the public and private sector in BiH.
