On September 20, GAP Consultant presented draft Local Environmental Action Plan to the Municipal Mayor, GAP and LEAP Coordinator from the municipality. The document is a result of a 6-month process in which, GAP consultant had five workshops and two presentations related to SWOT analysis, problem tree analysis, survey implementation, gap analysis, project definition, vision and mission statement development and public campaign implementation).

After the respected donors of Governance Accountability Project (GAP), USAID, SIDA and EKN had approved a list of 10 municipalities in BiH to be a part of the activity to support local communities in the Federation of BiH in treasury system introduction on local level, GAP Municipal Finance and Treasury Specialist, Ms. Merdža Handalić, accompanied by Senior Local Interventions Coordinator, Tanja Mihajlović, held initial meetings in the municipalities of Cazin, Bosanska Krupa, and Bužim.

Мај  2011. – Пројекат  управне  одговорности, фаза II (GAP 2)  је,  у  сарадњи  са  партнерским  општинама  4.  групе, потписао  уговоре  о  суфинансирању  капиталних  пројеката.  Ова  група  тзв. CIP пројеката  (одабраних  кроз  процес  припремања плана капиталних инвестиција  у  партнерским  општинама)  укључује  осам  партнерских  општина  у  БиХ  и  укупно  18 капиталних  пројеката

III Конгрес локалне самоуправе у РС, на тему: "Јачање грађанског учешћа на локалном нивоу"

III  Конгрес  локалне  самоуправе  у  РС,   на  тему;  Јачање  грађанског  учешћа  на  локалном  нивоу, одржан је 27. и 28. априла 2011. године у Теслићу.  Конгрес су организовали Министарство управе  и локалне самоуправе РС и Савез општина и градова РС а,  осим  представника  локалне  управе  и  самоуправе, присуствовали су и представници појединих министарстава РС.

Pod pokroviteljstvom REZ Regionalna razvojna agencija za regiju Centralna BiH zajedno s partnerskim općinama i njihovim predstavnicima organizirana je Studijska posjeta Delegacije CHF/Palestine , Bosni i Hercegovini    od 04.04. do 09. 04.2011. godine.  Članovi Delegacije su predstavnici općina (OSS menadžera (One Stop Shop) i službeni predstavnici  Ministarstva lokalne samouprave MoLG ).  

NASTAVLJENA IMPLEMENTACIJA OPĆINSKOG AKCIONOG PLANA

U sklopu Projekta upravne odgovornosti GAP, a u skladu sa ranije definisanim ciljevima u općini Kladanj su održane radionice o izradi projektne dokumentacije i pisanju aplikacija za IPA fondove EU.

Otvaranje kapitalnog projekta u Općini Cazin

Svečano otvorenje zajedničkog projekta Općine Cazin i projekta USAID/Sida/EKN GAP 2, pod nazivom “Izgradnja pločnika i postavljanje rasvjete u Ulici Žrtava domovinskog rata” održano je 13. aprila 2011. godine, u prisustvu NJ.E. Swedera van Voorst tot Voorst, ambasadora Kraljevine Nizozemske, gosp. Maria Vignjevića (Sida), gosp. Marinka Šakića (USAID), gosp. Borisa Masle (direktor GAP‐a), gospođe Fatime Krivošije (EKN), predstavnika susjednih općina i brojnih građana Cazina.

Svečana ceremonija otvaranja rekonstruirane zgrade Općine Livno održana je 20. aprila 2011. godine, u prisustvu zvaničnika Općine, predstavnika GAP-a, mnogobrojnih predstavnika javnog života BiH, susjednih općina i građana Livna.

The European Charter of Local Self-Government is an essential basis for defining the principles of local self-government, but in itself, it does not define what constitutes good local government and governance. UNAPREĐENJE PROCESA PLANIRANJA I IZDAVANJA DOZVOLA USPOSTAVOM CENTRA ZA IZDAVANJE DOZVOLA

U Tuzli je, 29. i 30. jula 2010. održana završna sesija za opštine treće grupa Tuzlanske regije o unapređenju procesa planiranja i izdavanja dozvola kroz uspostavu centara za izdavanje dozvola u urbanizmu.

Općina Tomislavgrad: Otvaranje kapitalnog projekta "Izgradnja vodovoda u Duvanjskom Polju"

Općina Tomislavgrad i GAP su uspješno završili još jedan zajednički projekat. Projekat “Izgradnja vodovoda u Duvanjskom polju” je završen i svečano otvoren 20. jula 2010. godine, u prisustvu NJ.E. Swedera van Voorst tot Voorst, ambasadora Nizozemske, gosp. Allana Reeda, direktora Misije USAID-a u BiH, gosp. Općina Ljubuški :Otvaranje kapitalnog projekta: "Rekonstrukcija gradskog trga 'Domovinske zahvalnosti'"

Svečano otvaranje zajedničkog projekta USAID/Sida/EKN GAP II i Općine Ljubuški "Rekonstrukcija gradskog trga Domovinske zahvalnosti" održano je 19. jula 2010. godine, u prisustvu načelnika Općine Ljubuški, Nevenka Barbarića, predstavnika tri donatora GAP-a, NJ.E. Swedera van Voorst tot Vorst, ambasadora Kraljevine Nizozemske, Allana Reeda, direktora Misije USAID-a za BiH i Marija Vignjevića, program koordinatora Švedske agencije za međunarodni razvoj i suradnju (Sida) u BiH, uposlenika Općine Ljubuški, osoblja GAP-a i mnogobrojnih građana Općine Ljubuški.

Otvaranje kapitalnog projekta u Općini Prozor Rama

Kapitalni projekat “Regulacija potoka Prozorčica i izgradnja kanalizacijskog sistema” svečano je otvoren 8. jula 2010. godine, u prisustvu načelnika Općine Prozor Rama, gospodina Joze Ivančevića, predstavnika tri donatora GAP-a: direktorice Ureda za demokraciju, gospođe Dane Begun, i gospodina Marija Vignjevića iz švedske Sida-e, osoblja GAP-a i stanovnika Općine Prozor Rama.

ОПШТИНА НЕВЕСИЊЕ Отварање два капитална пројекта

У Општини Невесиње су, 1. јула 2010. године, у присуству представника три донатора GAP-а (USAID/Sida/ЕKN), општинских званичника, извођача радова и грађана Невесиња, свечано отворена два капитална пројекта.

U općini Travnik uspješno implementirana tri kapitalna projekta

Općina Travnik i USAID/Sida/EKN GAP 2 su uspješno dovršili radove na projektima “Asfaltiranje puta na Babanovcu“, “Asfaltiranje puta u Mehurićima” i “Asfaltiranje ulice Ante Vlaica”. Svečano otvaranje projekata održano je na Babanovcu, Vlašić, 23. juna 2010. godine.

Otvaranje projekta: “Izgradnja vodovodne stanice u Mjesnoj zajednici Vir”

GAP je uspješno završio jednu od mnogih aktivnosti čije je kompletiranje u planu za ovaj mjesec.

Završena serija radionica u urbanizmu u općinama četvrte grupe Sarajevo GAP regije

GAP 2: Sarajevo regija je završila seriju radionica sa Savjetodavnim odborom (AB) za uspostavljanje centara za izdavanje dozvola u urbanizmu u općinama četvrte grupe. Amira Busuladžić, stručnjak za urbanizam, Tatjana Muhić, regionalni koordinator i Zlatan Musić, općinski koordinator za regiju Sarajevo su osigurali da ove važne aktivnosti budu uspješno provedene.
